High schoolers, we’re getting together this week! 🙌

Youth Group is a chance to step away from everything else going on, spend some time with other teens, and have a place where faith can be part of the conversation.

This week we’re adding a little friendly competition with Kahoot! And yes…there may be some bragging rights involved. 😂

But beyond the games and laughs, we hope our teens leave knowing something even more important:

They have a place in our Church. They belong here. And God wants to be part of their lives right now—not someday when they’re older. ❤️

This fall, we are relaunching our Holy Family Young Adult Group geared towards those ages 18-29 and will kick off the revamped group with an evening of ultimate frisbee at Lakeside Park on Wednesday, September 9.

Meet us by the shelter by the splash pad off Frazier Drive to have a fun evening with adults sharing the same faith and stage of life as you!

Feeling strong and steady can make such a difference in the little things we do every day!

This September, Mary Jo Neumann is bringing back an opportunity to get moving, work on balance, build strength, and have some fun while doing it.

The **Balance and Strength Class** is a great chance to do something good for yourself while spending time with others from our parish community.

Space is limited, so if you have been thinking about joining, now is the time!

Are you in need of a meal? Blessed Bites is here to help!

Every Tuesday afternoon, you can pick up a free meal along with other non-perishable items and cleaning/personal care items at the Holy Family Warming Shelter from 4:00 to 4:30 pm - or until meals run out.

Next week, Holy Family's Women's Ministry invites women of all ages to take a break from the busyness of everyday life and spend an evening growing in faith together.

Sharing Our Journey is an opportunity to gather for prayer, celebrate Mass, enjoy fellowship, and hear an inspiring presentation from Fr. Waddell. Whether someone has attended Women's Ministry events for years or is considering coming for the very first time, everyone is welcome.

It's an evening designed to encourage, inspire, and remind each woman that she is never walking her faith journey alone. Holy Family looks forward to welcoming everyone for this special evening.

There is always more to learn about our faith, no matter how old we are or where we are on our journey.

This fall, Holy Family is offering Adult Confirmation for Catholics who have received Baptism, First Reconciliation, and First Communion but have not yet been Confirmed.

For six weeks, we will come together to learn more about our Catholic faith and have real conversations about what that faith means in our everyday lives.

If Confirmation has been sitting on your “someday” list, maybe someday is now.

Classes begin Wednesday, September 9.

Today day is the last day to reserve your seat for our 2026 Cor Unum Awards taking place Wednesday, September 16! The night will honor those who have served St. Mary’s Springs Academy, and those who have served Holy Family. This Labor Day, we pause to thank God for the gift of work and for all those who use their time and talents to care for their families and serve our communities.

We also remember those whose hard work often goes unnoticed, those struggling to provide for their families and those searching for employment.

May we never forget the dignity and value of every worker. And like St. Joseph, may we approach the work God places before us with patience, faithfulness and love.

Sometimes faith grows in the moments we least expect it.

It can happen during prayer, in a good conversation, through a new friendship…or even in the middle of a very competitive game of Kahoot! 😂

That's what Youth Group is all about. Giving our high schoolers a place to have fun, be themselves, build friendships, and continue growing in their relationship with Christ.

They don't have to have all the answers. They don't have to know everything about their faith. They just have to be willing to show up.

And who knows…they might even learn a thing or two along the way!

Come for the fun. Stay for the friendships. Keep coming back for the faith. ❤️
