Good morning and happy Labor Day.

How about a little challenge to start the week off?

As we are going about our day, let’s make an effort to greet people. Say hello or good morning to the person you pass on your daily walk. Smile or hold the door for someone at the store. Speak to the person you walk past at work.
Let’s slow down and recognize the people who are around us. Let’s look up from our phones, make eye contact, and take a moment to make others feel seen…..we truly never know what someone may be going through. A smile, a kind word, a simple “good morning” can make the world feel a little friendlier.
Our life, our words, our actions, that’s our ministry. We don’t have to preach or do big things to make a difference for God. We can use the ordinary moments in our day to reflect God’s love and bring Him glory in everything we do.

Let’s go out and greet people, let’s spread some love and kindness. Let’s make our little piece of the world a better place to live.

Let’s keep it simple on this Monday morning.
Let’s treat others the same way we want to be treated.
Be friendly and say hello when you’re out and about. Hold the door, return someone’s shopping cart, if you’re not in a hurry let someone step ahead of you in line. Say THANK YOU, I Wonder why this is so hard sometimes? Regardless of whatever side of the counter, desk, window, table, etc we find ourselves on, we all need each other.
Saying thank you seems like a fairly simple way of showing your appreciation for each other, and I’d venture to say that most of us like to feel appreciated.
Let’s make an intentional effort to show each other love, kindness and respect.
