WOW!! What a parish picnic we had this past Sunday!! Thanks to all who prayed for the beautiful weather. Your prayers sure worked and are most appreciated! Thanks to all who worked so hard to prepare, set-up, work on the day and take down and clean up afterwards. Without such a great group of volunteers, this picnic would not happen. The food was fabulous! The games were fun - especially the new Dunking Booth! The donated items for sale were undeniably awesome! The music was so entertaining - what talent! The car show, its participants and volunteer workers and the amazing awards were again jar dropping - not to mention we broke an entry record with 101 vehicles registered!! Enjoy some pictures of the wonderful day.

Today we celebrated Jack's ordination which was held on Aug. 8. Bishop Joseph M. Siegel has appointed him as a newly ordained permanent deacon to St Francis of Assisi Parish ( Santa Claus, Dale and Mariah Hill churches). Congratulations Deacon Jack Tuinier!

Come and try your luck at getting them wet this Sunday at the parish picnic on the St. Ferdinand Church campus. BBQ Chicken dinners are available by drive-thru or dine under the tent with live music to enjoy. Burgers, hot dogs, BBQ pork sandwiches, chips, ice cream, homemade desserts & ice cold drinks available for purchase. Buy chances at our cash and quilt raffles and shop around our plentiful Country Store while your kids enjoy the many games available for them! Come enjoy your Sunday with us.
