In today's Sermon, Pastor Jon quotes part of the Evangelical Catechism (1929), which was used by the Evangelical Synod of North America, a Lutheran denomination which merged with several others ultimately to become the United Church of Christ. The text of the Evangelical Catechism can be found here:
