One of the greatest feminine works of the modern era is The Universal Declaration of Human Rights created in 1948 by the U.N.s Commission on Human Rights chaired by Eleanor Roosevelt.

It is a feminine text because it’s ideals completely discard hierarchical and masculine-centric structures in arguing for the freedom and rights of all people. The shift from a domination system of power to a dignity system of power, along with themes of caregiving, interdependence, protection of the vulnerable, and shared humanity make this a feminine statement.

It is likely the only feminine document of this political magnitude to ever be written.

Ladies. Today practice saying no and giving zero explanation for it.

No.

Period. Full stop.

No.

Why not?

No.

But...

No.

Hear me out...

No.

It's not rude. It's a complete sentence.

No.

I've been doing a lot of journaling about rage - feminine rage. Rage is a feminine superpower - it's a creative force. Ever seen a woman screaming in childbirth? Rage is a woman's creative fire.

But we suppress it. Why? Because the examples of rage we have seen that are socially acceptable are ones of destructive rage. Look at any action movie for a visual. And so it scares us because we think that to allow ourselves to feel that rage we might lose control and destroy.

And women can definitely tap into their masculine energy and destroy through rage. Oh yes we can.

But we don't tend to feel victorious in that action. Because that action does not convey what we are really trying to communicate or what we are trying to create.

Right now, we are feeling rage about epstein and all the children harmed - destroyed - by those monsters. We want justice. We want every single one of those bastards to pay for what they did, and we want to make sure the system that allowed this to happen is replaced by one that protects children.

The feminine wants to create a just and safe world. And we don't have that. And that is the source of our rage.

My point, sisters - is that our rage has a purpose. That purpose is not in the destruction - though that may very well happen - our purpose is in the creation - creating justice, creating a new system.

Yes, we can destroy as well as any man. But that still does not get us what we long for - a new system that protects children.

We may never get justice in the system of destruction - in the masculine system that created injustice.

At some point we are going to have to direct our rage to creation. That primal birthing scream is coming. If there will be a better, safer, more just world - we must rage it into existence- for the masculine hierachy never will.

Women, including myself, are feeling rage like we have never felt before. The anti-women's rights political climate, and especially the drop of Epstein documents are almost too much to bear.

We have a right to our rage.

But we have to use it wisely.

Until that moment comes, we have to regulate our nervous systems so we do not harm our bodies or our minds. This is not suppression of our emotions, its an acknowledgment of our feelings without spiraling into fight or flight.

Here are some things to do first thing in the morning or after catching up on social media news or before you go to bed.

Take care of yourselves my sisters.

💜Tell yourself, "I see you, I hear you, I understand you."

🧡Step outside and feel sunlight or fresh air for 3 minutes.

💙Drink water slowly and intentionally.

❤️Place one hand on heart, one on belly and take 3 deep breaths.

💚Notice five sensory details in your environment.

Feeling afraid, angry, or unsafe does not mean you are powerless in this moment.

It means your awareness is awake.

Women have been trained since birth to adapt to others... their moods, their needs, their desires, their rules. Be who and what others need while turning off your own longings. I lived in this adaptation...this self-erasure...this self-betrayal... for all my life. I am reconditioning myself away from patriarchal delusions.

Sagittarius. Oldest daughter. GenX. I can argue about anything. Especially when provoked.

But its exhausting. And unnecessary.

I'm sovereign. I can't prove that with fighting. I can only embody it. Drama doesn't work.
