Happy Father’ s Day to the men of Fairfield Community SDA Church and fathers everywhere.

Today we celebrate not only those who have fathered children, but we celebrate all men who choose to embrace fatherhood by leading with integrity, sacrifice, compassion, and faith. While our world tells us to measure a man by his achievements, scripture tells us that it is when he humbles himself to serve that he will be considered great.

A godly man impacts lives not only by what he does, but by the lives he raises up, the prayers he shouts and whispers, the example he sets, and by the love he relentlessly gives day in and day out.

I am thankful for the men who still take the time to care for their families, pour into the next generation, serve others in their community, and live a life that points others to Christ. You are father, grandfather, stepdad, mentor, uncle, spiritual father, or maybe you’re a man who goes about impacting a life in a way no one will ever know.

Thank you for your influence.

May God continue to use you to strengthen and encourage others. Remember that nothing you do for the Lord is in vain. .
