Help us get Bright City ready for Kids Camp! Join us on Saturday, June 27 as we spruce up our building and grounds with landscaping, pressure washing, paint touch-ups, and more. We believe hospitality begins long before someone walks through our doors. By preparing our space, we help create an environment where people can feel welcomed and encounter Jesus.

Pizza provided | Kids welcome | All skill levels
We are looking forward to serving together!

What a beautiful Sunday morning at Bright City! We are so grateful for every dad and father figure who faithfully points the next generation toward Jesus. To those of you without a father to celebrate today, may you find comfort in the unfailing love of your Heavenly Father who sees you, knows you and loves you!

Father’s Day is this Sunday, and we’ll be looking at the words of Jesus in John 11:25: “I am the resurrection and the life.”

Father’s Day reminds us of the impact of a life poured out for others. The greatest legacy isn’t success or strength, it’s knowing the One who conquered death and offers new life to all who trust in Him.

See you tomorrow!

Are you connecting with the Lord or just consuming Christian content? In a world filled with endless scrolling, reels, podcasts… it’s possible to know about God without actually spending time with Him.
Christian content can encourage us and point us toward Jesus, but it can never replace a real relationship with Him! When was the last time you intentionally slowed down, sat in the quiet, opened your Bible, and simply listened?

Exciting Update! ➡️ Please join us in welcoming a new staff member to our team — introducing our new Youth + Young Adults Pastor, Conner Grant!

Conner is in Everett area native, maintaining deep roots in our region. For several years, he worked in the sports industry, but most recently helped lead a robust young adults ministry in Seattle. During that time, he completed a BA in Biblical Studies in preparation for vocational ministry. Through a series of events, the Lord connected Conner to Bright City, and the confirmation needed on both ends came smoothly.

Conner and his wife, Kristin, have been married for just shy of 5 years and have two amazing kids, Wyatt (~3) and Khloe (1).

With a heart to disciple the next generation and equip leaders who will help carry the call, Conner joins us with fresh enthusiasm and big dreams for the future.

When asked what excites him most about joining our team, Conner said, “I am excited to lead at a church in downtown Everett, where I grew up, and to impact the community around me. I love how Pastor Sean put it in one of my interviews: He wants to see Bright City Church become the discipleship hub of Everett….I want to be part of a church where discipleship is a key part of the church’s vision.”

We are thrilled for the Grants to be joining our community! Show him some love in the comments!

We are baptizing some folks this Sunday!

Water Baptism is a significant moment for a follower Jesus. It’s a demonstration of the work that God has done in someone’s heart. The Holy Spirit has transformed a person internally, and baptism paints a beautiful picture of that reality externally.

In the waters of baptism, a person declares, “I confess faith in Christ; Jesus has delivered my soul from sin, cleansed me and made new, and I belong to Him.”

Visit brightcitynw.com/baptism to let us know you’re ready to take this significant step.
