We are called to be women of faith, hope and love. The Blessed Virgin Mary is the perfect example these virtues. At the Annunciation, Mary was open to God’s call through her great faith. She prayed and listened and was completely open to doing God’s will when she proclaimed, “May it be done to me according to your word.” (Luke 1:38). We can stand firm in today’s world, through Mary’s example, rega

rdless of our circumstances. We are called to follow in her footsteps, which include joys and sorrows, by saying “Yes” to God in all things. By doing this we bring life to ourselves, our families, and others.
