Bishop Persico recently accepted Asher Lamb and Nick Thompson as seminarians for the Diocese of Erie. Please pray for them as they begin the Propaedeutic stage of formation this fall and pray that more young like them might answer God’s call to the priesthood.

This past weekend, the Diocese of Erie Vocation Office sponsored two workshops for parishioners, one at St. Bernard Church in Falls Creek and the other at St. Mark Catholic Center in Erie. The workshops, facilitated by Bob McMorrow from Vocation Ministry, trained parish-based vocation teams who will be working to build a culture of vocations in the Diocese of Erie.

St. Mark Seminary welcomed 15 young men this past weekend for their annual Palm Sunday “Come and See” discernment weekend. The weekend began with Bishop Persico welcoming the discerners. Please pray for these men as they discern God’s call for their lives.
