WE'RE HIRING: BOOKKEEPER

Somebody reading this is good with numbers.

You balance to the penny. You notice when something doesn't add up. You've been told more than once that you're too particular — and you've never once apologized for it.

The Anointed Church of Jesus Christ needs you.

Here's why this role matters to us: every dollar that comes through this house is holy. It represents a believer's obedience, a family's sacrifice, and a widow's mite. We don't treat it as ours. We treat it as the Lord's — and we will give an account for how we handled it.

"He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much." — Luke 16:10

Accurate books are not administration. They are integrity. A church that keeps clean records protects its people, protects its witness, and protects its pastor.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Bookkeeping or accounting experience — church or nonprofit preferred
Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar
Accuracy. In this role, close enough is not good enough.
Unquestioned integrity and the ability to keep a confidence
A growing walk with the Lord Jesus Christ

Part-time — 5 to 8 hours per week
$500 per month honorarium

WE'RE HIRING: DIRECTOR OF MUSIC MINISTRY

Somebody reading this can play.

You've had the gift since you were a child. You can sit down at the keys, pick up the bass, or step behind the drums. And you can do more than play — you can teach. You can take a young musician who's fumbling through and turn them into somebody who leads.

The Anointed Church of Jesus Christ is looking for you.

We are not looking for a performer. Our music ministry is not a show. Music in this house exists to usher the people of God into the presence of God, to prepare hearts to receive the preached Word, and to send the congregation home singing the truth they just heard.

We need someone to build our musicians and vocalists. To teach them. Lead them. Rehearse them. And raise the standard of what we offer to the Lord.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proficiency in at least one instrument — piano, keyboard, guitar, bass, or drums
The ability to teach. It is not enough to play well; this role must make others play well.
Experience leading musicians and vocalists
A growing walk with the Lord Jesus Christ

Large credenza / lateral file cabinet (burgundy finish with file drawers)
Wooden double-pedestal desk with drawers
Vintage Gulbransen baby grand piano with bench (a project piece for someone with a heart for restoration)
Light wood storage cabinet with sliding door and shelf

It is with hearts full of sorrow, yet anchored in the hope of Christ, that we share the passing of Elisha Aiden Wreh, beloved son of our Pastor, Dr. Elijah Wreh, and our First Lady, Gradieh Wreh. Elisha went home to be with the Lord today at the family's home in LaGrange, Ohio.

Words cannot capture the depth of this loss. We ask our entire church family and community to surround Pastor Wreh, First Lady Gradieh, and their family in prayer in the days ahead — for comfort, for strength, and for the peace of God that surpasses all understanding.

"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain." — Revelation 21:4

Please hold the Wreh family in your prayers. Funeral and memorial details will be shared as they become available. We grieve, but not as those without hope.
