Our very own Pastor Aaron here with a quick update about some much needed projects at the church.
Right now, we have two major property improvements we need to tackle to ensure our grounds stay safe for everyone, we are just finishing up the repairs to the stairs on the backside handicap entrance, and moving to the major work listed here.
The Main Stairs:
The existing concrete is cracking, shifting, and creating unsafe tripping hazards.
The Retaining Wall:
The wall is degrading and leaning significantly, putting it at risk of eventual collapse.
We received a professional quote for the wall alone that came in at $40,000, so we’ve decided to roll up our sleeves and do the work ourselves! Pastor Aaron, his employees from his company, and some fantastic church volunteers will be executing the labor to save on costs while maintaining high quality.
