FIX YOUR EYES not on what is seen but on what is unseen. You spend too much time and mental energy thinking about trivial things-surface matters that have no value in My kingdom. The sense of sight is a wondrous gift from Me, but it can become a source of bo***ge if misused. You have such easy access to mirrors shining your reflection back to you in glaring accuracy. This, in conjunction with media images of people who look perfect, makes it tempting to be overly focused on your appearance. The same can be true of your home or family. This focus on appearances distracts you from the soul-satisfying pleasures of knowing Me. When you seek Me, you enjoy the company of the only perfect Person who ever existed. However, My perfection was not in My appearance but in any divine, sinless character. I am the One who can love you with unfailing Love and give you perfect Peace. Do don’t waste time thinking about trivialities. Instead, fix your thoughts on Me and receive My Peace. 2 Corinthians 4:18; Psalm 36:7; Isaiah 26:3

I APPROVE OF YOU, MY CHILD. Because you are Mine-adopted into My royal family-I see you through eyes of grace. I chose you before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in My sight. I know you fall short of this perfect standard in your daily living. But I view you as holy and blameless because this is your permanent position in My kingdom. Of course, I don’t endorse everything you do ( or fail to do). Still, I approve of you- your true self, the one I created you to be. I know how much you long for My affirmation-and how hard it is for you to accept it. I want you to learn to see yourself and others through grace-vision. Looking through eyes of grace, you can focus more on what is good and right than on what is bad and wrong. You learn to cooperate with Me and embrace what I’m doing in your life: transforming you into My likeness with ever-increasing Glory. I not only approve of you, I delight in you!! CONTINUE TO LIVE IN ME, rooted and build up in Me-and overflowing with thankfulness. The relationship you have with Me is unlike any other. You live in Zme, and I live in you. You never go anywhere without Me! This amazing degree of connectedness with Me provides a rock solid foundation for your life. I want you to continue building on this foundation-living in joyful awareness of My Presence. Thankfulness provides some of the most important building blocks for your life. The more of these blocks you use as you build the better your life-experience will be. Thankfulness enlarges the capacity of your heart for abundant Joy. It also helps you endure suffering without falling into despair or self-pity. No matter what is happening, you can always thank Me for your eternal salvation and My unfailing Love. These are constant, unchangeable blessings. Other blessings-such as your relationships, your finances, your health-may change quite frequently. I encourage you to count both types of Blessings until you overflow with thankfulness! Colossians 2;6-7; Colossians 1:27; Psalm 13: 5-6

I AM GOD, ANF YOU ARE NOT. This may sound harsh, but it’s actually a blessed dose of reality. In the Garden of Eden, Satan tempted Eve with the very same desire that had caused him to fall from heaven: to be like God, usurping My divine position. Eve succumbed to this temptation, as did Adam. Since that time, the sin-nature in people prompts them to act as if they are God-trying to control everything, judging Me when circumstances don’t go as they’d like. Remembering you are not God helps you live in freedom. You don’t take responsibility for matters that are beyond your control-which includes most matters. If you let go of everything that is not your responsibility,you are freed from carrying unnecessary burdens. And you can be more effective in areas where you do have some control. Moreover, you can pray about all your concerns, trusting in my sovereignty. Bring Me your prayers with Thanksgiving; present your requests to Me. Living this way will shield you from anxiety and bless you with Peace that transcends all understanding. Luke 10:18; Genesis 3:5; Philippians 4:6-7

As many Churches start VBS this week, please keep them in your prayers! Pray for the many Volunteers and the children attending. THANK ME JOYFULLY for forgiving all your sins-past, present, and future; know and unknown. Forgiveness is your greatest need, and I have met that need perfectly-forever! I am the eternal Life that was with the Father and has appeared to you. Because you believe in Me as your Savior-God, you have everlasting Life. Let this amazing promise fill you with Joy and drive out fear of the future. Your future is glorious and secure: an inheritance that can never perish, spoil, or fade-kept in Heaven for you. The best response to this priceless, infinite gift is gratitude! The more frequently you thank Me, the more joyful your life will be. So be on the lookout for things that fuel your gratitude. The very act of thanking Me-in spoken or written word, in silent prayers, whispers, shouts,or praise-increases your Joy and lifts you above your circumstances. A delightful way to express your adoration is reading psalms out loud. Rejoice in Me, My redeemed one, for nothing can separate you from My Love.

I AM THE VINE; you are one of the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears abundant fruit. Apart from Me- cut off from vital union with Me-you can do nothing. Ponder this glorious truth: I am alive within you! Just as sap flows from a vine through its branches, so My Life flows through you. I am infinite and perfect, yet I choose to live inside you. This intimacy you have with Me is wondrously rich. I read your every thought. I’m aware of all your feelings. I know how weak you are, and I stand ready to infuse you with My strength. When you cooperate with My indwelling Presence, asking Me to be in control, you can produce abundant fruit. If you try to do things in your own strength, ignoring your vital union with Me, you’re likely to fall flat on your face. Anything you do produce apart from Me will have no value in My kingdom. My KINGDOM IS NOT OF THIS WORLD; it is indestructible and eternal. When you see shocking evil and mismanagement all around you, do not despair. As I was being arrested, I told My disciples that I could call on my Father and He would send more than twelve legions of angels to rescue Me. However, this was not the plan We had chosen. It was necessary for Me to be crucified-to save Everyone who calls on My Name. Remember that you are part of My Kingdom of everlasting Life and Light. The darker your planet becomes, the more you need to cling to the hope you have in Me. Despite the way things look, I am in control, and I’m accomplishing My purpose in ways you cannot understand. Though this world is deeply fallen, it’s possible to live in it with Joy and Peace in your Heart. As I told My disciples, so I say to you now: Be of good cheer: I have overcome the world. Because you belong to My Kingdom, in Me you may have Peace. John 18:36; Mathew 26:53; Acts 2:21; John 16:33
