Congratulations to Mick Snider, our Founder and President of Mick Snider Ministries, Inc.! As a 16-year-old in August 1976, Mick preached his very first sermon in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. This year, he celebrates 50 years of ministry.

His calling from God and his giftings from the Holy Spirit have opened doors for him to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ across the USA and in other nations. With his best girl, partner in ministry, and wife of 47 years, Teresa, faithfully by his side, Mick has served our King and his Kingdom doing the work of an evangelist, shepherding congregations as their lead pastor, providing leadership in a denominational regional office as Assistant Conference Superintendent, Evangelism Director, Conference Secretary/ Treasurer, Conference Executive Council Member, and as the denominational National Evangelist.

Please join us in congratulating this anointed servant of our Lord Jesus and wishing him well in ministry until Jesus returns. Perhaps, you would consider taking a moment to mention a memory, an experience, or a favorite sermon you’ve heard him preach.

What do you plan to do today to help someone? It can be a call, a text, a card, a meal, etc. Perhaps, you could mow, weedeat in a yard , or water flowers for an elder or sick person. Run an errand. Praying for others is always beneficial, but try to do something that can be seen and measured. You have the ability to leave Jesus’ fingerprints on someone’s heart. Will you do it?

50 years ago this month as a 16-year-old, our founder, Mick Snider, preached his first sermon from the pulpit in this picture in Bartlesville, OK. Pastor Curtis A. White believed in him. Mick still has the original outline (such as it was). The sermon title was "Obey God". As a high school football player, Mick asked the new football coach, Don Gibson, for permission to leave practice early on that Wednesday evening. Pastor Connie Brand, who serves with the wonderful people in that congregation now, believes in Mick. She and New Life Church have been faithful Ministry Partners with Mick Snider Ministries for many years.
