SUPPORT AND THANK OUR PRIESTS - Support Fr. Julien (and/or any Diocese of Peoria Priest) through prayer, encouragement, affirmation and giving to be shared at the Priest Convocation June 14th -18th.

Proclaiming Christ: Yesterday, Today, and Forever.

This year marks something special - the very first Priest Convocation for our diocese. Convocation is a sacred time of fraternity for our priests to step away from the demands of parish life and be renewed - spiritually, emotionally, and physically. You can help make this time of renewal possible.

Ways to Support Our Priests:

Pray - Keep your priests in your prayers, that Convocation may be a time of grace, renewal, and encouragement for each of them.

Encourage - Let your priest know you want them to participate. A simple word of encouragement reminds him that it's okay to step away for a few days to be renewed.

Affirm - Use the QR code to send a note of gratitude or encouragement to your priest. Your words can uplift and strengthen him more than you know.

Give - Help support Convocation by making a gift or becoming a sponsor. Your generosity will help to create a peaceful, restorative experience for your priest.

Click the link below to leave a note/gift or send it by mail to Diocese of Peoria, 419 NE Madison Ave, Peoria Illinois 61603 with "Convocation" on the note line.

Together, with your generous support, we can help our priests return to their parishes renewed - happy, holy, and healthy.

CALLING ALL WOMEN OF OUR LADY OF GRACE:

Our next Women of Grace gathering is happening this Thursday, June 4th, at 6pm in Cleary Hall on our St. Anne campus! We'll kick things off with a fun salad potluck at 6pm—so bring a salad or a favorite dish like veggies and dip, fruit, deviled eggs, or something similar. Beverages will be provided. After dinner, we'll have a planning session to chat about ideas for the upcoming year.

Since we've been getting together for nearly a year now, we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! All the ladies from Our Lady of Grace Parish are warmly invited—it's a great chance to connect and share ideas! If you have any questions, please check the bulletin for more information! Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

CONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOU!

Today, May 30th, Michele Banaszek celebrates the impressive milestone of 20 years as parish secretary, administrator, and “person-in-charge” of literally hundreds of tasks that keep our parish operating and successful!

You may have worked with her directly on scheduling and/or planning events-from baptisms and funerals to Mass
intentions, meetings and parish events. You might have asked her questions about contribution envelopes, bulletin information, website updates, annual tax statements, church records, and countless other items. She is the
source of information for literally hundreds of items, tasks, and processes (too many to list) that make our parish
work, day in and day out. In addition to working with parish members as well as ministry leaders and parish staff,
behind the scenes she also works on countless administrative details with our banks, vendors, musicians, staff as well as priests at other local churches, staff at the Diocese, and of course, Father Julien.

As we have been working to merge St. Anne Church and St. John Church to form Our Lady of Grace Parish, Michele has taken on numerous additional tasks to make this transition easier for everyone. The difference she makes all day, every day, is immeasurable and essential. We most sincerely thank her for 20 years of dedicated service to our parish community! If you have an opportunity, please take a moment to congratulate her on this anniversary and to gratefully thank her for all she does to make the faith journey of all members of our parish possible!
