Bro. Suttle will be preaching each night at our Missions Conference!
"Brooks and Tricia were raised in Christian homes in Western North Carolina. Brooks made a profession of faith at the age of eight; however, as he grew older and started studying the Bible, he began to question whether he had truly understood the gospel before. He struggled under this burden for many years until the Lord showed him that if he would trust Him completely for the forgiveness of his sins, he could be certain that he had eternal life. He decided to take God at His Word and fully trusted Him for salvation. Tricia was saved at the age of thirteen at her Grandpa's house after hearing her parents discuss the Second Coming of Christ.
Not long after graduating high school, Brooks became convinced God was calling him to preach His Word, and, in October 1986, he preached his first message. He and Tricia met while attending Tabernacle Baptist College, where Bro. Brooks went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s of Theology. The Lord has since blessed them with five sons who are each a blessing to their ministry as well as two granddaughters!
The Suttle Family has served the Lord in various capacities over the years with Bro. Brooks having served as Pastor, participating in mission trips at home and abroad, serving as Song Leader, Sunday School Teacher, and Master's Club Coordinator, and he has been actively involved in nursing home and evangelistic outreach. Tricia has faithfully served as the Pastor's wife, pianist, organist, Sunday School Teacher, Master's Club worker, and in evangelistic outreach.
In 2014, the Suttles moved to Yarmouth, ME, to start the Royal River Baptist Church. Located in the Yarmouth Marketplace, RRBC holds two weekly worship services on Sunday mornings as well as a Prayer Meeting and Bible Study on Wednesdays and Master Clubs on Thursdays throughout the school year. The church has also started Royal River Baptist Press, which currently produces gospel tracts and John/Romans scripture portions through their Seedline ministry!”
