Well friends it has been an incredible week of VBS 2026! We are so thankful for the community of all ages that was formed this week. We worshiped, sang songs (you should hear these kids sing!), learned about being mountain movers and the stories of our faith, played games, created, met new friends, laughed, asked questions and so much more…so much more.

Thank you to the families for sharing your kids with us this week, to the kids who keep us young at heart, to the youth volunteers who were amazing role models for the kids, to the Luther Crest Team who joined us, to the cooks who kept us nourished, to all the volunteers who helped lead and helped behind the scenes….thank you. Just thank you!

Day 3 at VBS was all about LOVE!! We learned about the story of Jesus washing the disciples feet and talked about the love he has for us and how we are to share that love with others! Today the VBS community did just that! Our youngest planted flowers for another and our all day program sent out over 140 people out to do 12 different service projects in the DL community! They did a wonderful job spreading love to others and putting their faith into action!

Day 1 of VBS is in the books! It was so busy we didn’t get gobs of pictures but will do better tomorrow! The place was a buzz! We were thrilled to gather together for our first day, to hear the kids sing, dance, learn play and more! The week is just getting started!

We invite you to save the date to show up and support a wonderful family in our community - the Jensen family! A fantastic group of family and friends are organizing this benefit that will be held at Trinity on June 28th to support Garrett and his family as they continue their journey with treatment.

This morning was a gift! It was All Music Sunday and our music ministries led worship and shared the Good News through their songs. Thank you to all who helped enrich our worship today! A special thank you to Terri, Tom and Greta who helped plan and lead our music ministry during the year - we are so lucky to have you! It was capped off with a celebration potluck!
