Today, due to the generous contributions from members of our congregation, we were able to take part in the Back to School Bash held at Mineral Area College. We were able to pass out dry erase markers to a multitude of children getting ready to return to school this fall.
Thank you to all of those who contributed markers and to all of those who participated in the Bash today. May God bless you all!

This is to announce that our pastor, Kristen Klein, will be leaving us, effective September 1st, as she has accepted a full time appointment with Memorial UMC in Farmington as Associate Pastor. She has also been assigned as their Youth Minister. Although she will be missed, we wish her well in her new assignment.

On a happier note, we are pleased to announce that our new pastor, Rev. Jimmy Sansom, will be joining us on the first Sunday in September. While most of his ministry was spent in various locations in Texas, he recently retired after serving 6 plus years at Herculaneum UMC/ Zion UMC. We look forward to welcoming Jimmy and his wife, Shannon, in September.

Well the 1976 capsule is back in the ground along with the new 2026 capsule. Come back in 2076 and we'll do it all over again!

Our time capsule opening event today was a huge success! Thank you to all of those who attended and all of those who worked so hard to put it all together. Here's to another 50 years! May God bless you all!
