FREE Community Meal! WEDNESDAY, May 13th at 5PM!

Did you know that once a month at the Derby Community Church we serve a free hot, homemade meal? So come on out and bring a friend. You can eat at the church or take a meal to go. Wanna pick up a meal to drop off to someone? That works too!

Hey DCC Family! Our Spring Clean-Up day is TOMORROW SATURDAY MAY 9TH at 10AM! We will begin just after the Women's Breakfast. Of course, if you are not a woman and you wanna come a bit earlier to get started you are welcome to do so.

Here's a list of some of the tasks to do:
--Lawn repair
--Pick-Up sticks/rocks
--Pressure wash church building
--Mow (should happen after lawn is repaired)
--Clean up flower beds
--Edge flower beds
--Mulch flower beds
--Paint roadside double doors
--Touch up paint side entry door frame area
--Wash Church Sign
--Wash/Paint historic sign and bell stand
--Prune Apple Trees

Interior projects:
--Wash windows (just the inside of windows)
--Deep clean stove top and ovens
--Clean fridges, inside and out, check exp. dates
--Wash kitchen cabinetry
--Wash walls/doors
--Wash pews
--Hunt for cobwebs/dust dusty surfaces
--Reorganize nursery and nursery closet
--Scrub basement tables and chairs in classrooms
