Westport Baptist Church exalts the Lord Jesus in every area of activity, focusing on leading the lost to salvation, the saved to maturity and ministry through corporate Discipleship, in Spirit filled worship and in anointed preaching and teaching to bring the body of Christ into unity and fellowship with each other and to become all things to all people, that we might through Christ save some, leading lost people to salvation and full maturity in Christ.

This morning we had a very powerful worship meeting! We gathered as a church to pray, sing, hear God’s Word, and partake in communion together. We had 5 people step forward in obedience and profess their faith through baptism, as well as had 6 families join our local church family. To God and God alone be the glory!

Love Denver is now collecting clothes for the August event at Westport Baptist Church of Denver, located at 2372 Lake Shore Road. Please leave clothing items in the Westport Church van located behind the youth building.

At this time, we need clothing for all childrens’ sizes!

There’s been a lot to praise God for here at WBC lately with our renovations! We are beyond grateful for the many people who contributed their time, skills, and finances towards making this phase possible, and we’re excited for the future updates to come! The look may have changed, but the power of the Gospel, our commitment to one another and our local community, and our mission is everlasting!
