Well, look who’s cutting loose! 🕺🎶

Pastor Andy is bringing a little Footloose flair to Denmark High School’s upcoming musical! 😂

We’re thrilled to support these talented students and the arts in our community. Break a leg, Denmark High School Music Theatre! 👏

Who’s going to see Footloose? November 6–8 & 13–15!

We are so grateful for the amazing community support behind Denmark High School’s production of FOOTLOOSE!

It takes a village to bring a musical to life, and our sponsors play an important role in helping our students take the stage, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories along the way.

Today’s sponsor spotlight is on Pastor Andy and the congregation at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Denmark! He gets us!

Thank you to Our Saviors for your generosity and for investing in our students and the arts in our community, and for encouraging us to ALL dance with JOY! We appreciate your support!

🎃 Pumpkin carving...always a blast!

The lesson is simple. We clean the pumpkins, turning them inside out. We carve them up, and then we drop a candle inside. God carves us, too, removing our sin so that His light can shine through us into the night.

"For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ." (John 12:35–36)

(A special shout out to the good folks at Lemmens Farm for the pumpkins—thanks, Julie Lemmens!)

It was a spooky Wednesday for sure! 👻

Our 412High youth spent one last evening around the bonfire, sharing laughs, enjoying fellowship, and talking about fear. We even had a few unexpected visitors try to scare us with screams, flickering lights, and slamming church doors! 😱

“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.” — Psalm 56:3

Scripture reminds us again and again that fear is part of life, but we don't face it alone. Whether our fears are silly or serious, God walks with us and encourages us to trust in Him. ✝️

Sunday was (and is always) a good day.

Pastor Siimon Haamer from Tartu Academy of Theology in Estonia joined us. He shared the strength of the Gospel with us through his preaching. And he shared the hopefulness of the Estonian people who reclaimed their independence after 50 years of Soviet occupation. The occupation had an effect on the Estonian people, and it is now known as one of the most secular countries in the world. But that doesn't mean there is no hope. It's a powerful story, and one Pastor Siimon shared to encourage us in our faithfulness to Christ.

We gathered a special offering for Tartu Academy and received over $500! Then one of the faithful gathered for Sunday's worship service made a wonderful offer. If we can collect another $1500 for Pastor Siimon, this donor will contribute an additional $2000 towards the work being done at Tartu Academy, bringing the total donation to $4000!

We will be collecting these donations over the next month, and Pastor Siimon will become a regular visitor at Our Savior's in the coming years. His story has shaped us, even though he was only with us for a day, and his hope can become ours.

🎬🍿 Movie night + half-price apps = a great night with 412 Youth! 🍔🍟

Our 412 High School Youth headed out tonight to see Whalefall, followed by a stop at Applebee’s for half-price appetizers and some time to hang out!

Sometimes youth group is about Bible study and meaningful conversations, and sometimes it’s simply about spending time together, building friendships, sharing laughs, and making memories. ❤️

We love seeing these friendships grow and are so thankful for this awesome group of teens!
