As an independent Baptist church located in Clayton, Ohio, we are faithful to the kingship of Jesus Christ, to reformed theology, and to missions. Welcome to Covenant Baptist Church–an independent Baptist church located in Dayton, Ohio. Our congregation was founded in 1956 and remains faithful to the kingship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the doctrines of grace, and missions. While placing

strong importance on doctrinal preaching and teaching, the main emphasis of our church is upon the worship of the resurrected, living Christ. Having been led, as we believe, by the Spirit of God, to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, and on profession of our faith having been baptized in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, we do now, in the presence of God, angels, and this assembly, most solemnly and joyfully enter into covenant with one another, as one Body in Christ.

Our ministry partners at the Gospel Mission are located where the need is great, near downtown Dayton. The mostly-volunteer team offers practical physical, emotional, and spiritual help to our neighbors year-round.

Our congregation's seasonal donations were delivered today for their Christmas giveaway. Gifts are matched to the needs and sizes of each program participant! Be in prayer for recipients this season as the Gospel Mission team continues to minister to their hearts.
