Holy Week has passed, but I’m still reflecting on...
What the Cross Brought to Us!

Freedom
Forgiveness
Healing
Peace
Access

And yet… many of us have experienced that freedom—
But still live as if we are bound. The Cross removed what held us, but we must walk in the reality of that release. Some of what we’re still carrying—pain, shame, even trauma—was already nailed to the Cross.

So I ask myself:
Am I holding onto what God has already released me from?

I am free
I am forgiven
I am healed
I am restored
I have access

Because.....IT IS FINISHED!
Amen. ✝️

There is already a plan established with purpose and promise.

Our role is not to force it, but to trust, to walk with intention, and to remain aligned with what God has already spoken.

Even when the path isn’t fully clear…
Even when the timing stretches us…

Clarity comes when we trust Him fully, walk in today with intention, and allow His will to unfold in our lives daily.

I’m reminded to stay grounded, not out of pressure, but out of purpose.

I currently have Curated Spaces for 3 Coaching Clients who are ready to realign with purpose, gain clarity, and walk confidently in their assignment.

There are moments in history when remembering becomes more than reflection; it becomes responsibility.

As we mark 100 years of Black History commemorations, we are confronted with a sobering truth: history is still being contested, narrowed, and intentionally erased.

Silence is not neutral. Forgetting is not innocent.

Mutauro - A moral turning point or catalytic moment of change—a decisive shift in consciousness, direction, or action that alters the course of an individual, community, or history.

Is an invitation to remember rightly, to name the stones, speak the names, and tell the truth without apology.

Because remembrance is holy work, and erasure is not reconciliation.

I close this piece with a Christ-centered prayer for our history, and our future in honor of our collective evolution as humans.

There are moments when your discernment becomes
heightened, and you can sense the enemy is near. Others may think you’re oversensitive, but no, the Holy Spirit has given you discernment and spiritual awareness. USE IT!

Today, the Lord began to speak to me through Psalm 27.
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

This is not the TIME to retreat in FEAR! This is the MOMENT to pursue God with everything in you.

Grief doesn’t just touch the heart! Grief touches the body, mind, and soul. Our body and soul are so closely knitted together. Our physical and emotional health are both impacted.

Experiencing disrupted routines and sleep patterns leading to amplified health concerns has taught me that healing takes time, grace, and intentional care.
