This Sunday in Kids Ministry, we’re starting a new series called: Emotions — and we’re beginning with Anger.
Kids feel big emotions every day, and anger is one of the hardest for them to manage. This week, we’ll look at James 1:19–27 and learn what it means to be “quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.”
We’ll help kids understand that:
-Anger itself isn’t bad — God created our emotions.
-What matters is how we respond when we feel angry.
-Pausing, praying, and listening helps us stay calm.
-When something is truly wrong, God wants us to take loving action, not lose our temper.
Our goal is to give kids simple, practical tools to help them handle anger in a way that honors God and cares for others.
We can’t wait to see your kids this Sunday during the 11:00 service.
