You don't have to walk into the room hoping something good happens. You walk in already carrying it.
Jesus said you are the salt of the earth (Matthew 5:13). That's not a title you earn once you've proven yourself, it's already true the moment you belong to Him. Salt doesn't strive to flavor the dish. It just has to be present. It heals, it preserves, it brings out what was already there waiting to come alive.
That changes what it means to lead. You stop walking into meetings, homes, and hard conversations trying to prove you belong there. You start walking in knowing the flavor of Christ is already on you, and that changes the room before you say a word. Leading from that place isn't about being the loudest voice or having it all figured out. It's staying soft, staying prayed up, and trusting that His presence in you is enough to shift the atmosphere.
We're kicking off our new series, You Are a Leader, with our church over the next few weeks, and we would love for you to walk through it with us.

Thanks for helping people rise with us!
