COME TO THE TABLE AT METRO 🕊️

As we step into a new week, we invite you to come up to the church and come to the Table for Holy Communion Sunday. 🍞🍷
Come with your burdens.
Come with your praise.
Come with your prayers.
Come and have a talk with Jesus.
Jesus said, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to Me will never go hungry.” — John 6:35
And our prayer is:
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10
Sometimes you walk into the house of God weary and heavy—but God can meet you there, renew your spirit, and send you back out revived, renewed, and restored through spiritual growth!
As we gather around the Lord’s Table, let us remember the sacred sacrifice, love, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
🙏🏾 Come up to the church. Come to the Table. Come expecting God.

The Steward Board and Members of Metropolitan AME Church, Cumberland joyfully celebrate our Pastor, Rev. Bernard Connelly, on his birthday!
Today, we thank God for the gift of your leadership, your faith, your wisdom, and your commitment to serving God and His people. Your dedication to the ministry and to the growth of Metropolitan AME Church is a blessing to us all.
