Holy Spirit moved in a powerful way on Sunday. While we inherit a broken human nature and face the choice of personal sin, Jesus made a full and complete sacrifice on the cross to clear our guilt. Through genuine repentance, God offers us complete forgiveness, a transformed heart, and a lasting home in His family. Because of this powerful work of grace, we are freed from the power of sin to live a life of holy love and service.

Holy Scripture is the God-breathed story designed to reveal the person and saving work of Jesus Christ, rather than a fragile document to be worshiped or feared. Because the Bible’s primary purpose is bringing us into relationship with the Living God, it is sturdy enough to hold our hardest questions as the Spirit opens our eyes to its truth. When we approach Scripture with reverence instead of defensiveness, its message transforms our hearts and equips our hands to serve the world.
