We will be starting an adult tone chime choir this fall. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of musical experience. Reading music is not required—the only thing needed is a desire to learn.
We will learn basic ringing skills through church music, with the goal of eventually playing at occasional Masses throughout the year.

Join Our PSR Team & Registration Closing Soon!
Our Parish School of Religion (PSR) Ministry is preparing for
the upcoming school year, beginning on 9/2.

Classroom Assistants Needed in Grades 4-7: We are
seeking a few parishioners who could serve as assistant
catechists on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. The
role is simply to offer an extra set of hands in the classroom
and help our youth and families grow in their faith. Assistants
are not required to lead the classroom or plan lessons,
although that responsibility can be shared if you enjoy those
opportunities.

Student Registration Information: 1st–8th grade
families interested in joining PSR should register their
children before the year begins and attend the required Meet
the Teacher/Popsicle Party night on 9/2. Please visit https://

The Scouting America programs at Holy Cross
Academy and the surrounding parishes

in Grades K-12 to join in the adventure! Scouts
explore the outdoors, learn useful life skills,
help others, make friends, and build character and

Friends of the Poor Walk

Hopefully your calendars are marked for September 26 to attend or donate to the St. Vincent de Paul Walk. The parishes of Annunciation and Our Lady of Providence will participate together at the Hizert Pavilion in Fenton Park. Other parishes in the archdiocese will join us.

St. Vincent de Paul Conferences throughout the country will participate in walks this weekend and weekends during the month of September to honor our patron. The funds generated enable us to aid our neighbors in need with utilities and other necessities throughout the year. The walk begins with a prayer service, one and one quarter mile walk, and concludes with fellowship. Dogs on leashes are welcome. More information will be coming closer to the date.
