Here's a bit about WHUMC: Webster Hills United Methodist Church has been

a prominent landmark on the corner of Lockwood Ave & Berry Road since 1932. Lockwood & Berry is one of the great crossroads of St. The communities of Webster Groves, Glendale, Kirkwood and Rock Hill all come together in praise at Webster Hills. We are easily accessed from all across the city! Webster Hills is a multi-generational, blended family of God’s people who share our faith and life together through worship, learning, serving and celebrating together. Our mission is to Follow Jesus and Change the World. We do this by CONNECTING with God in worship, GROWING together in small groups and SERVING down the hall, outside our doors and around the world. Together we are walking the faith journey, and learning together how Christ would have us live. In turn, Christ is empowering His Church by combining our individual abilities and resources, to declare God's love and salvation to the community. All are invited to join us on our journey of faith and to be enveloped in the love of our congregation. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our community of faith.

Dear God,
Please be with our Webster Hills friends, families, ministry teams and staff as we embark on a weekend filled with activities, on campus and off.
☀️ Look after our small but mighty "Be the Light' race team helping to kick off Racial Unity Week at the 5K Race for Reconciliation on Delmar Boulevard this morning -- and everyone else running, walking, leading and volunteering at this annual event.
🎨 Be with those leading and participating in The Listening Place's Creative Pathways for Loss and Healing workshop Saturday morning in the CLC. It filled to capacity quickly, so we know the need for such opportunities is great.
🔆Thank you for watching over all the children and volunteers participating in our 2026 'Illumination Station' VBS! Guide us through the final two days of Bible study, music, crafts and worship. A very special 'VBS Sunday' is planned during 10:15am worship. It promises to be meaningful and memorable for all. .
🫂And finally, we offer our gratitude and thankfulness for the relationships quietly building between Webster Hills and New Horizons UMC-StL. Several of its members will worship with us Sunday, when Pastor Jason will speak on racial unity. Encourage everyone attending Sunday to stay after church to meet and greet our New Horizons guests in the chapel.
