There are seasons when you suddenly realize you’re more shackled than free. Something that once seemed manageable has started to manage you. A habit that promised comfort is now quietly draining your joy.
In this new blog post, I walk through Hebrews 12 and talk about the “weights and wounds” that slow us down—and the steady way out that comes from fixing our eyes on Jesus. If you’re weary, battling hidden sin, or just tired of carrying things God never asked you to carry, I’d love for you to read it and take a few prayerful next steps.
If it speaks to you, would you share it with someone who might be struggling in silence right now? You never know how God might use a simple click to encourage a heavy heart.

"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends." — John 15:13 📖

Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸 Their selflessness is a powerful reflection of the highest form of love.

As we remember their earthly sacrifice, our hearts are ultimately pointed to the Cross. ✝️ We praise Jesus Christ, who laid down His life to secure our eternal freedom.

Today, we are deeply grateful for those who served, and eternally thankful for the One who saved.

If worry were a sport, most of us would be champions. We fret about our kids, our parents, our future—and then we worry that we worry too much. But God never asked us to carry the weight of the world. Peter shows us a better way: cast all your worry on Him, because He cares for you. If life feels heavy today, take a moment to read this article and just breathe as you choose to hand your worries over to the mighty, caring hands of the Lord. - Dr. Tim Lueking

If worry were a sport, many of us would have trophies. We worry about our kids driving on wet roads and our parents walking on slick floor...

Mothers hold a unique role in our spiritual formation, and are one of the strongest signposts in our lives of how to follow Jesus.
