We believe Church is so much more than a service on the weekend. It’s about connecting with other people and growing in your faith.

Central City Church is a non-denominational gathering. We began as a small group of people meeting in a living room. We quickly discovered how impactful intentional community could be in our life. It wasn’t long before we outgrew the living room and began launching multiple groups where people begin to grow spiritually and experience life giving relationships like never before. It’s about connecti

ng with other people, growing in your faith, and building a strong foundation for your family. In any church it’s easy to just be a face in the crowd. Because of that, we’re a church of small groups, or as we call them, Community Groups. We have many Community Groups meeting throughout Putnam County with group leaders and members who are waiting to get to know you!

Freedom isn't freedom if you're not free.

The door is open. Your sin has been paid for. So why are you still living in the prison cell? In Romans 6, Paul reminds us that we've been set free from sin's power through Christ, but we have to choose to walk out of that cell.

You've been given the key over sin and death, but you must use it. Stop trying every solution except God's. Clothe yourself in His Word, His Spirit, and surround yourself with believers who will walk with you. When you fall, don't stay down—repent, turn around, and get back on track.

Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. You're not perfect, but you are free. Now live like it.

"Death has been swallowed up in victory. Where, O death, is your sting?" (1 Corinthians 15:54-55)

If you see Him as distant, you’ll keep your distance.
If you see Him as disappointed, you’ll hide.
But if you see Him as loving, faithful, and near, you’ll run to Him, talk to Him, and trust Him with your whole life. 🤍

Here's the truth bomb: We ALL need a Savior. Whether you're struggling with pride, envy, or feeling like you've got it all together on the outside while falling apart inside—God's kindness leads us to repentance. Not because we're good enough, but because He loves us that much.

Romans 2:4 reminds us that it's God's kindness that leads to repentance. It's not about fixing your behavior first—it's about changing your mind about your own goodness and realizing you desperately need Jesus. When we drop our labels and gather around our shared need for a physician, that's when real unity and freedom happen.
