Designing a Meaningful Life
Questions! Day-to-day questions and uncertainties. And the BIG questions: Who am I? What difference can I make? This semester we will be doing a series of discussions around the challenges of “Designing
a Meaningful Life.” How do I plan college when I don’t know for sure what’s out there in the work world, or what I’d like and be good at? Since the culture is always changing, is there a way to make plans with the uncertainties of COVID, politics, and the economy? Can we plan and prepare for the unknown? Listening, talking and thinking together will be the format for these meetings. We’ll also make time for other more personal issues: Questions and doubts about faith, difficult relationships, dealing with other people’s expectations, making and keeping good friends, and conflicts inside families.
