1 Timothy 4:12 "Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity."

Wednesday, we discussed the first part of what we refer to as "the Great Commandment," to "love the Lord your God with all your heart..." and what the Bible refers to when it addresses the heart.

Sunday, Will is going to teach a lesson from Ezra 6:6-22. I encourage you (and/or your students) to read through this passage and contemplate how God was working through these events, as well as how this passage applies to us today.

This coming Wednesday, we will continue our lesson on the Great Commandment and look at what it means to "love the Lord your God with...all your soul, and with all your mind" (Matthew 22:37).

I can't wait to see you all at the Fall Festival tomorrow, as well as in Sunday School this Sunday. God bless!
