the overall good, evolve, grow, and, ultimately, reflect the most vibrant version of our Authentic Selves. It’s all on purpose: Family, friends, relationships, career, etc. The events, dynamics and relationships we experience are often related to our soul purpose and are important opportunities for growth, illumination and evolution. From family and friends, to work and career; from tragedies and triumphs, to valleys of depression and peaks of euphoria; your experiences in this lifetime are deeply important and meaningful. Your soul asks you to acknowledge this and embrace the related learning, evolution, healing and growth. Your Birthright: Unconditionally loving spiritual guidance
We all have spirit guides, gently and lovingly guiding our journey as souls incarnated in human bodies here on earth. These guides, including those not of this Earth (angels, for example) and those who have passed on before us (family members, for instance) are often anxious to be called upon by the individuals they serve, support and love. When they are called upon or invited to help, they enthusiastically and lovingly provide information and guidance. The paradox: If we’re loved and guided, then why do we suffer? As human beings on Earth, we experience events that leave us feeling confused, frustrated, angry, sad, lost or devastated. Tapping into the spiritual nature of these events – including how they came about and why – offers helpful insight into how to navigate these times, heal the wounds and take up lessons learned in order to live a full life. Ultimately, our spirit guides tell us that there is reason, purpose and order in tragic, difficult or seemingly senseless circumstances. How it comes together
Our spirit guides are very interested in helping us remember the agreements we made when incarnating into this lifetime. They want us to remember that we agreed to come to this planet and to have the human experience, in order to learn, grow, heal and evolve. They want us to remember our Soul Purpose and then acknowledge the abundance of Free Will in the Universe, so that we may embrace our experiences with faith and empowerment.

During one of recent Lightworker Journeys before we collected light or offered anything back, we rooted into the earth and let the earth hold us.

When things feel fast or uncertain or destabilizing, it is so easy to leave ourselves. We go into questions, fear, details, and try to figure everything out.

But our body needs somewhere to land. And the earth can offer that.

There was an invitation to breathe in grounding, gravity, stability, and solidity from the earth. To remember that we’re held by something older and steadier than the moment we’re in.

So if things feel unsteady right now, come back to the earth.

Come back to your body. Come back to what can hold you.

One of the things I keep noticing in these Lightworker Journeys is how different everyone’s experience is.

Someone retrieves a tiny, focused point of light.
Someone else comes back with armfuls.
Someone sees colors or shapes or animals or places.
Someone else doesn’t see much at all, but they feel and sense something and trust that they were brought where they needed to go.

And that’s all part of the experience. What we’re learning here is not to judge the way we show up.

Each person has a role. Each person has a way they are meant to be of use.

We are learning to honor the distinctness of each person’s experience, and in doing that, we deepen our respect for the mystery, for each other, and for the roles we are here to play.

So many of us want to understand the whole assignment before we trust our part in it. We want to know why we’re seeing what we’re seeing, why we’re being guided where we’re being guided, why something comes through in the way that it does.

But we just don’t get to know all of that right away.

Sometimes the work is to trust what comes through. To trust that the light you carry, the insight you receive, the place you’re guided, the thing you feel called to offer, matters even if you don’t fully understand it yet.

Each person’s experience is distinct.
Each person’s role is distinct.
And that distinctness is not something to compare or judge.

You don’t have to receive the same thing, see the same thing, or carry the same kind of light.

You just have to be willing to show up with the intention to be of use on behalf of the light.

Nature has a way of reminding us how to live. 🌻🌼🦋

The other day as I was pruning away the dead blooms, I was reminded of the value of letting go. The way that a plant sends energy to a dying flower - until it’s removed - and then redirects that energy to what’s new and growing.

What needs to be released? What’s long gone or no longer serving you? What habits, ideas, relationships, or stories are you still feeding with your precious life force?

I know it can feel scary to name those things and acknowledge them. But it’s an act of deep love and reverence for yourself, for the space you’re creating, for the new growth that’s quietly happening under the surface.

I know that sounds obvious, but it really is one of the hardest things to actually practice when life feels unsteady.

When things are moving quickly, or when something feels uncertain, or when we don’t know what’s coming next, the human part of us wants to grab onto anything it can.

The details. The questions. The possible outcomes. The relationships. The timing.

But the work is to notice where you’re trying to hold something that is not yours to hold. Where you’re trying to control something you can’t possibly control.

What I keep coming back to after one of our recent Lightworker Journeys is that laying those things down doesn’t mean you stop caring.

You stop confusing control with care and make room in your body, heart, and energy field for what can move through you.

This is part of what we’re practicing inside the Lightworker Journeys.

Learning how to stabilize, how to release what isn’t ours to control, and how to keep showing up with more steadiness and trust.

Here’s what I’ve re-learned and remembered during the Lightworker Journeys:

If we name, loudly, who we are and what we stand for and back it up with action, community is born.

There is gravity in being clear about what we value and will fight for - and in what we envision for the future.

There is intelligent and divine wisdom accessed when we align, in voice and body and conscious choice, with the soul and with humanity.

What’s happening during these Journeys are so powerful, moving, stabilizing, clarifying, loving, and way-showing.

It reminded me why it’s so crucial to speak and be in alignment with my values: so that other like-minded hearts, souls, and voices gather.

We’re building an army of Lightworkers. We have work to do. And we are not alone.
