This Sunday, we looked at Philippians 2:1–11 and were reminded of the incredible example of Jesus.

While the world often encourages us to grasp for status, recognition, and control, Jesus showed a different way. Though He had every right to cling to His position, He humbled Himself, took on the nature of a servant, and became obedient even to death on a cross.

Because of Jesus, we don't have to live with clenched fists, constantly striving to secure our own worth. Jesus has freed us from grasping and given us the freedom to humbly trust Him.

As we follow Christ, may we grow in humility, unity, and a confidence that rests not in what we can gain, but in who He is.

“God unleashes His compassion & mercy into the world through those who faithfully reflect His compassion & mercy into theirs.”

A powerful reminder from Sunday:We are called to be people who don’t just receive the compassion and mercy of God, but reflect it outward into the lives of others.

May we be people who notice, care, love deeply, and respond the way Jesus did.

Check out the new Podcast, Dive In, where Matt & Joe (and sometimes guests) expand upon the Sunday Message to provide deeper insight into what was shared in the message on Sunday. The podcast is posted in the week following the Sunday message. It’s worth the look at how to understand the depth of what Jesus wanted us to learn and apply to our lives.

You can find Dive In With Matt & Joe on whatever podcast platform you prefer. You can also listen anytime on our website. Just head to centerpointnh.org/listen

This week we’re leaning into the song Holy (Song of the Ages) — a powerful reminder that from generation to generation, all of heaven and earth declare the holiness of God.
There’s something grounding about stepping into worship that lifts our eyes beyond our moment and reminds us who God has always been and will always be: holy, worthy, and worthy of all praise.
Wherever your day finds you, take a moment to pause and join in the song that never ends.
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty…”
