HEY QUEEN! I have been talking about the detox/cleanse the Lord had me take a few weeks ago, and I can finally talk about it! PLUG INTO THIS POST IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING US FOR OUR NEXT GROUP CLEANSE!

The Lord gave me the word detox and after told my house to go on a 7 day cleanse. I didn't know what to expect, so I scheduled all of my facebook posts and went MIA for 7 days. AND BABYYYYY! The BEST decision we have ever made in our lives. 🔥🔥. The benefits from this cleanse were amazing!

This was 7 days to get rid of bad habits, emotions, routines, excuses, toxic mindsets, foods, music, shows, familiar spirits, generational curses, bad reactions, and responses.

●7 days of SPRING CLEANING everything in our house, including ourselves 🙌. 7 days of cleansing ourselves, our bodies, spirits, minds, ears, eyes, and getting rid of anything that no longer served our health, wealth, marriage, and home.

●7 days of anointing our home and everyone in it. Being intentional about our conversations, prayers, and reactions. So that meant having the tough conversations, apologizing, REPENTING, and changing our reactions to each other and to life. Realigning everything in our home to God!

Watch this. It wasn't that everything was perfect for 7 days. But for 7 days we intentionally PARTICIPATED in every area in our home, lives, and spirit. So for 7 days, we shut the world out, turned everything off, plugged ourselves into the word, prayer, the voice of God, and our home. No outside interaction unless it's an emergency, work, church, or school.

And on the 7th day as we were going over the last scripture for the cleanse, the Lord said, "Now apply this to Hey Queen and make it open to anyone who wants to participate."

The week before the cleanse, we will have a zoom meet and greet so everyone can get acquainted. The day after the cleanse, we will be having another zoom meeting where I will be going over all of the scriptures, lessons, and revelation the Lord gave during the cleanse. YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE APART!

Join a community of people coming together to clean up what we've messed up. Getting rid of what we've allowed into our homes and lives. Focusing on what we may have forgotten.

●Great time for spouses, homeowners, parents, business owners, etc. to do something together and intentionally for the betterment of their relationship, connection with God, and their home.

HEY QUEEN! LISTENNNN THIS BLESSED ME!!!

Yall like this dress! Thanks! It's my mommy's! ❤️❤️.

I remember when I was little looking through my mom's old photo album when I was maybe 6 or 7 and a saw her in this dress from back in the 90s. I remember how I fell in love with her after seeing her in this dress. I thought she was so beautiful. The most beautiful person I had ever seen.

Mind you. She only wore this dress one time and never put it back on. It was just sitting in her closet for years...waiting for me 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️...(follow me)!!

10 years ago, my mom was packing up some stuff to give to the Goodwill and I saw this dress and I screamed and said she couldn't give it away. I asked if I could have it and she laughed and said, "Sure".

At the time, I couldn't fit it, but I kept it in my closet, hopeful that one day I would be able to wear it.

I decided to try it on one day last week for my doctor's appointment and I instantly cried because I could finally fit the dress!

WATCH THIS!
Even though I couldn't get into it when I wanted to. I was able to wear it when the time was right, and I was able to appreciate it more.

What am I saying?

Have faith that God is not about to give anything away that has your name on it 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️. WAIT ON THE LORD!

Put this in the atmosphere if you need it:
Lord, KEEP IT OPEN AND MAKE IT AVAILABLE WHEN IT IS TIME! DON'T ALLOW WHAT BELONGS TO ME TO PASS ME BY!


And don't allow fear to keep me from obtaining what belongs to me. Some things can be given away that was never claimed all because you were too scared to speak up!
Have wisdom and discernment in your movement and your timing! The right things happen at the perfect time. Don't rush the timing of anything that won't fit you properly right now anyway...👀😬✌️❤️. LORD KEEP IT AVAILABLE UNTIL I CAN FIT IT! 🔥🏃‍♀️

Hey Queen! Let's talk DOCTOR TRAUMA! This conversation is going to touch on a lot of very important things that some people are too scared to talk about. We will be getting DEEP and asking the questions that many think, but few actually ask.

We all have stories, but unfortunately some of our stories have ugly parts that have made us scared to even look after ourselves. Join us as we indulge in an important conversation with a local doctor, Dr. Joshua Bryant on advocating, faith vs focusing on our health, and healthcare in the black community. HEY QUEEN!!!

I remember when going to the doctor began being my new normal. I would wear the same thing to every appointment. That began wearing on my mind and my confidence. In order for me to begin feeling like myself again, I had to start making a consistent effort to do better about how I looked even when I wasn't going anywhere special.

A lot of us fall in the routine of life so much that we wait for a special occasion to dress up or experience something new.

A lot of us have fallen into such a rut that dressing up seems like only something you should do on special occasions. I've been noticing that I began feeling like myself again when I began putting in an effort. I began dressing like everyday was my birthday. And even though I wasn't going anywhere special, the way I looked made me feel special.

Where there is no effort, there can't be a change. If you've been feeling like you've been in a routine, lost your identity, feeling like you've been existing and not living due to life and its many transitions and setbacks; getting it back requires a true effort to feel better about your situation.

Sometimes the first step is changing how you look to change how you feel about yourself and your life. Why? Because you don't have to look like what you're going through! ❤️❤️❤️. It's not being fake. It's called being confident in the storm ❤️❤️.

Tough question. For mature audiences only....

I know it's real easy to see the fault in others, especially when you've been wronged in the same way countless times in your life...
BUT...

Are your patterns in life actually showing just how unhealthy YOU really are? 👀

It's not always about the other person. But what if cycles continue not just because you attract the same type of people, but because you refuse to be a different person. Self sabotage is a thing.

Psa...you aren't always the victim puddin 👌🏃‍♀️😬.

Sometimes you're the same villian that pops up in different stories..👀😳🫣

What has gotten in the way of you going to the doctor? What has gotten in the way of you not making better health choices? For a lot of us, it was our experiences with our doctor's. We have been told we are crazy or dramatic. We have been turned away and lied to. And that is enough for us to stop going altogether. Sit down with us as we discuss this very serious topic with Dr. Joshua Bryant who is ready to listen and also share from a doctor's point of view about the importance of advocating for yourself and checking up on your health no matter what!

This is a tough yet necessary conversation. Especially in the African American community.

**LONG POST ALERT**

Last week, God gave me a dream that disturbed me. He showed me a lot in the dream and exposed different areas in people's lives, including my own.
He was showed me 2 sides to a coin, but for the sake of time, I'll share only one side of the coin.

1. On one side of the coin, He was showing me people with high expectations and how dangerous that can be. Not just the expectations we place on ourselves, but the expectations we place on other people. We expect people to either play a certain role or be a certain thing.

2. God is calling you to recategorize your expectations linked to your connections and to yourself. To look deep inside of yourself and ask the tough questions.
●Why do I feel like I need to be everything to everyone AND why do I feel like everyone has to be EVERYTHING TO ME!?

3. Everyone has to have a title and because of that we skip building boundaries. So every relationship ends up mimicking the last one because your expectations never shifted from one person to the next. So in turn, every relationship has to deal with your need to be liked, accepted, loved, cherished, and when it doesn’t happen, you feel left out, rejected, or abandoned.

4. God is exposing the expectations we have placed on people and watch this, He is also exposing how people will take advantage of the title by thinking they are above the boundaries 😬🫣. Why? Because you never initiated them. So the same people will continue to come back for the same thing in the same way because you refuse to close the door to the access they have. You will also notice new relationships replicate past relationships because they see the pattern and the cycle that you have already allowed to dwell in your life. So they are just falling in line with what you already tolerate.

5. He is calling for a correction on how you handle your connections. This next wave of opportunities is calling for a more mature approach to people so that the cycles of titles and high expectations can finally stop. Not everyone gets a title. Not everyone gets all of you. Not everyone is expected to be what the next person is or was. People will take advantage of your need to be needed for as long as you let them. Boundaries have to be a thing in this season. Expectations have to be a thing in this season. And people, places, and things have to be recategorized so that you don't put too much on them or on yourself.

God wants to bring new people in, but they will end up feeling like everyone else if you don't place healthy boundaries and recategorize your expectations.
