A mother returned to the abortion facility to talk to two of our sidewalk counselors. She was there eight months ago for an abortion her boyfriend wanted, but she talked to an older gentleman who changed her mind--her baby girl was in the car!

Planned Parenthood had locked their doors during listed hours and a woman couldn’t get in. She took literature from one of our sidewalk counselors and went over to the nearby pregnancy center for a pregnancy test. She went back to the counselor, asked if he was a Christian, and asked him to pray for her. She said she is surprised she is happy, but has decided to have her baby!

Alex turned around and came down from Planned Parenthood’s door to speak to us in our broken Spanish. He was making an appointment for his girlfriend, but in the end he told us, "Maybe you changed my mind." He decided to take her to the pregnancy center the next day and never went inside Planned Parenthood!

A young mother was driving around the single driveway going back to six different businesses. She was looking for the abortion facility but could not find it. We waved her down from the sidewalk and she stopped her car to talk to us and take some information for the pregnancy center nearby. Her name was Aisha. She said that she is considering the abortion because she is no longer with the father, and she already has two children. We told her that she already has three children who all need her to protect them. After we spoke about adoption, she said thank you, but still put the abortion facility in her GPS and drove away. We prayed intently asking for Our Lady’s intercession and said the memorare to Saint Joseph. After a few minutes, she pulled back into the driveway and our hearts sank as we were sure she had found the facility and was driving back there as we have seen so many people do. To our surprise, she rolled down her window and exclaimed through tears, “I just want to thank you. I did not even want to do this!” She explained how she was turning around to go to the pregnancy center!

We tried to offer a mother information on help two different times as she drove around the full Planned Parenthood parking lot looking for a space. Once she finally decided to park in the grass, we called out and said, "There is a reason it is so hard to find parking here. God is giving you one last grace to do the right thing, to love and protect your baby. We will help you!" She nicely smiled at us, but still went inside the abortion facility that would kill her child. After half an hour, she came out and hurried back to her car! Then, she started to pull out of the parking lot. She rolled down her window, took information and said, "I'm not doing it! I can't do it!"

One of our volunteers told us when she started counseling that “I just want to save one baby!” A few weeks ago, she spoke to Mom L who is pregnant with twins and got her number. They met in person for lunch, and we refunded what she paid for her abortion consultation. By the next time our counselor saw Mom L, she had already seen an OB/GYN and is planning to deliver her babies with the doctor who delivered her daughter. God heard our counselor’s prayer, and He doubled it! God used her to save two babies!

We have given reversal information to dozens of mothers who have just taken the abortion pill. We were blessed to learn that at least one mother successfully received progesterone, reversed the abortion, and rescued her baby girl--who was born later in the year!

A father pulled up next to us on the sidewalk to let us know that a counselor gave him literature months ago. He was trying to talk his fiancé out of an abortion but could not do it. We had the opportunity to speak to them both and let them know we were praying for them. He was now back to tell us that our prayers worked, and his fiancé kept her baby and is 6 months pregnant!

Erica told our volunteer Rachael that she was going to have the abortion until she found out that she was having twins. Rachael beautifully remarked that those two siblings actually saved each other’s lives!
