May we hear the sound of a rushing wind and a fire be kindled in our heart so that we would join the Church proclaiming the wonders of God through Jesus Christ.

Sunday is the great day of Pentecost. With Christian all over the world we will be reading from Acts 2 and receiving a new revelation from the Holy Spirit.

I am thankful that through the gift of prayer we are connected to the Lord and to each other.

As we continue through the month of May, how are your summer plans taking shape? How will you make being a follower of Jesus part of your summer plans?

Sunday we will read John 17:1-11 and hear Jesus pray for us. We will explore how prayer connects us to the Lord and each other.
