Reunited in heaven with his mom. Ricky Paul passed from this earth on the morning of August 31st at the age of 54. Ricky is the son of Janet and Rick Garcia. Please pray for our Brother Rick and all his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
I can just see Sister Janet shouting on the streets of Glory as her dear son arrived to meet her and his Lord!
“O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?” We love you Bro Rick ❤️🙏

Truth!

Not every lie from the enemy sounds like a lie.

Some lies sound reasonable.

Some even contain enough Scripture to deceive those who do not know what God has actually said.

That is why ignorance of God’s Word is so dangerous.

Satan does not always need to persuade us that the Bible is false.

Sometimes he only needs to keep us too distracted to read it, too hurried to understand it, and too unfamiliar with it to recognize when truth has been twisted.

A.W. Tozer warned:

“Satan’s greatest weapon is man’s ignorance of God’s Word.”

In the garden, the serpent asked:

“Did God really say…?”

In the wilderness, Satan even quoted Scripture—but distorted its meaning.

Jesus answered with the Word correctly understood:

“It is written.”

Without God’s Word, feelings begin to define truth.

Culture begins to define right and wrong.

And convincing voices begin to sound more authoritative than God.

But when His Word lives within us, we learn to recognize the difference between what merely sounds true—and what God has actually said.

Read the Bible not merely to complete a routine, but to know God.

Study it.

Believe it.

Obey it.

Store it in your heart.

Because a believer who knows God’s Word is not easily deceived by a lie wearing the clothes of truth.

The enemy’s weapon is ignorance.

Our defense is truth. 🤍

50 years of love, faith, laughter, and life together. 💕 I was 18, he was 24. On August 28th 1976 at 6pm we became one. One in Covenant with our God, one In Covenant with each other. God has richly blessed our marriage. 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 4 greatgrands. “United We Stand” was our wedding song. And as the chorus goes “United we stand, divided we fall, and if our backs should ever be against the wall we’ll be together you and I” and so it has been. 50 years and we’re still together, still in love, still serving God. Amen Pastor Allen …What I saw and heard in witnessing this “celebration” was the laughter of demons celebrating the shedding of innocent blood. Hideous and hellacious it was 👿 God will have the last laugh! Don’t you dare call yourself a Christian if you support abortion at any stage especially this. There is no God in you or near you! You are a child of the devil 👿

Today we honor the life, legacy and ministry of Steven Lott. He was promoted to his heavenly home on this day in 2022. It’s hard to believe it’s been 4 years. He came to us as a babe in Christ and he quickly became our spiritual son. He left us 23 years later as a seasoned minister of God. His rich teachings planted eternal seeds of faith and wisdom in us all. He filled our lives with laughter and love just as he is filling heaven with the same right now. He was the best expository teacher of the Bible you will ever hear. We invite you to enjoy his last message he taught at Acts before he went home to be with Jesus. We miss you son but we’ll see you soon in the rapture and we’ll forever be together with the Lord!! 🙌🙌
