Now what? How many times have you asked God that?

It’s a question graduates, their parents, loved ones and friends all ask. From kindergarten to graduate degrees, a lot has gone into achieving those goals! For some, there are still hurdles to jump before the big day … And our women are in the midst of it all - praying (and working hard!) and asking, “Now what?”

Open a Bible app or visit a website like biblegateway.com and put “now” in the search!

Interestingly, there are many times you’ll find the phrase, "Now it came to pass…” This encourages me that God is in the “Now what?” Things come and they pass and He is there through it all!

And this: Now may the God of hope, fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope! Romans 15:13

Let’s encourage each other with these hopeful scriptures today. God is already in our “Now what?” He’s the God of hope — NOW!

When God calls, how do we respond?
Do we listen?
Do we hesitate?
Do we run? 🤍

This Women’s Ministries Emphasis Day, we’re reflecting on what it means to answer with a willing heart: “Henani — Here am I.”

What does faith look like when your strength, resources, and hope feel limited? 🤍

The widow of Zarephath responded to God’s call in the middle of uncertainty—and discovered that God still provides.

Join us June 13 for Women’s Ministries Emphasis Day as we reflect on what it means to trust God, even in difficult seasons. ✨

Henani — “Here I am.” 🤍

It’s more than a phrase.
It’s a posture of the heart.

A willingness to say, “God, I’m here—ready, listening, and open… even when I don’t know what You’ll ask of me.”

From Abraham to Moses, this response marked lives that were fully surrendered. But what does that look like for us today?

God still speaks.
God still sees.
Even in the deserts of our lives—through loss, uncertainty, and quiet struggles—He hasn’t missed a single moment.

This Women’s Ministries Emphasis Day, we’re invited to listen more closely, respond more faithfully, and trust that we are always seen by Him.

Join us on the second Sabbath of June as women lead, connect, and grow together in faith and purpose.

Motherhood is not held by one title alone.

It is found in the hands that comfort, the voice that encourages, the prayers whispered in love, the wisdom shared at the right time, and the presence that says, “You are not alone.”

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate every woman whose love has mothered, nurtured, guided, and strengthened the lives of others.

What is 'Forgiveness Feast' and where did it begin?

When Patricia Ferreira Lopez, Women’s Ministries director for the Ontario Conference, heard a colleague share their story of surviving the Cambodian Killing Fields—forced labor, starvation, unimaginable loss—one question stayed with her:

How could someone carry peace after so much pain?

The answer was powerful:
Not just faith… but forgiveness.

That moment became 'Forgiveness Feast'—a yearlong journey designed to help women release guilt, grief, and grudges, and experience the peace of Jesus in a deeper way.

What began in one conference is now available for women across the North American Division.

Because sometimes, the freedom we’re longing for is found on the other side of forgiveness.

🤍 You can experience it too.

As we close this prayer focus during Women’s History Month, we’re asking God to renew us from the inside out. ✨

Holy, holy, holy — and still full of mercy.

Pray this as a fresh start.
Let Him shape your life to reflect His heart. 🤍
