Coupled with living to know God and make Him known, we have a desire to see the least reached reached with the love of Christ. All of our overseas efforts are focused on the part of the world called the 10/40 window. In short this is the part of the world that is the most densely populated with the least amount of people who have access to the Gospel. It's not that they've decided Jesus isn't for them, a majority have never even heard of Jesus!

Sometimes the answer isn’t to make our worries smaller, but to remember just how big our God is.

When you get to focused on feeling overwhelmed lift your eyes up to Jesus. There is a world that needs to know Him, and a God who is bigger than every fear, uncertainty, and circumstance we face.

When things seem to not make sense remember that you may not see the whole picture as God does.

What feels like a setback to you may be part of His plan.

What feels like a closed door may be His protection.

What feels like waiting may be preparation.

We only see what’s in front of us. God sees the beginning, middle, and end.

So when you don’t understand, you can still trust.

When you can’t see the way forward, you can still follow.

His perspective is bigger than ours. His ways are higher than ours. And He is still good, even when we don’t understand.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” - Proverbs 3:5

Sharing the gospel and spreading the love of Jesus is the reason we are missionaries, but God makes the job so much more fun than that. Going on adventures, making new friends, and building community makes the job so much more than just work.
