Ever feel like God is asking you to do something that just doesn’t make sense?

When we read scriptures about the weight of sin, it’s easy to feel like things are hopeless. But Pastor Kevin reminds us that the story doesn't end there! God is a holy God, and He invites us to walk in that same righteousness. Throughout the Bible, He called people to do some pretty wild things. From Noah building a massive boat on dry land, to Peter reaching out to people no one else would talk to.

God’s call on your life might feel unconventional, challenging, or even impossible, but it’s always rooted in His goodness. He isn't just asking for perfection. He’s calling you to faithfulness in the specific assignment He has for you right now.

It’s time for our mid-week recharge!

Sunday morning was amazing, but Tuesday night is where we get to pause, hang out, and really lean into community. Our Joy of Fellowship Bible study is the perfect place to shake off the stress of the week, dive into the Word, and connect with friends who feel like family.

You don't need to have it all together or be a Bible scholar to join the conversation. Just pull up a chair and come as you are. There is always a spot open for you!

You might be blocking the very blessings you’ve been praying for without even realizing it.

Ever feel like your prayers are just hitting the ceiling?

It’s a heavy feeling when God seems distant, but the truth is that He hasn’t moved. As Pastor Kevin tells us, even though we are His children and He deeply desires to be close to us, our own choices and messiness often build a wall between us and His holiness. Isaiah 59:2 reminds us that it’s our own sin that creates that gap and hides His face. We are the ones doing the separating, not Him.

Sometimes the hardest seasons are the ones where God is doing the deepest work in our hearts.

It’s not easy to wrap our heads around why we go through painful moments or why life feels so upsetting at times. But as Pastor Kevin explains, even the struggles have a purpose. God often allows us to walk through difficult things not to distance Himself, but so we can truly understand how much He loves us and wants to be close to us.

It’s in those "low" points that we finally learn to trust Him in a way we never could when everything is perfect. Every challenge is a classroom, and every setback is a chance for a new lesson if we’re willing to lean into what He’s teaching us.

Whether it’s His perfect will or just something He’s permitted to happen, He can use every bit of it to bring you closer to His heart.
