This week we partnered with our church IGLESIA REY DE REYES and painted a house for a mother who recently received a new roof because it was damaged during tropical storm Rachel. Thanks to your support we were also able to replace her window panes that were damaged.

Last weekend, these kids helped put a roof over a neighbor’s head. Now, they’re pointing up at the sky waiting for theirs. 🔨🥋

Look at the body language in this photo, hands on their heads, pointing up at the lone steel beam where our gym roof used to be, standing on a nearly bare concrete floor.

Even with the roof torn off by the storm, these kids still show up. They spent their weekend working alongside our church and partner ministries to put a brand new roof on a neighbor's house, and then walked right across the street to comfort and help another family who lost their home to a morning fire 🤕❤️

They came through for their community. Now we need some awesome people to come through for them! 🙏

We are stalled at 66% ($3,300 of $5,000). Just $1,700 away from ordering the materials to start repairs on our own roof and get our kids back on the mats.

We don't need one person to give $1,700. We just need 17 people to claim a $100 spot (or 34 people at $50) to push us across the finish line today!

While we wait on raising the final $1700 on our fundraiser for our roof, we took some time to help out another family rebuilding a roof for a mom who lost their roof in the storm. The kids are learning new skills and putting in work with their hands 🔨⚒️

Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

These kids are showing up for their community! Now let’s show up for them! 💪🫂

Friday, we took some time to regroup after working hard all week repairing storm damaged houses around our community. If you could see firsthand how hard these youth work for their neighbors, you would be blown away. We need some awesome people to come through for these kids just like they come through for their community! 🙏

Saturday was hard work! I love how we can partner with other ministries and our church to get the job done. At the end of the day, we are the body of Christ working for the same goal 🙌🥅 We were able to celebrate putting a brand-new roof on for one family!

But right across the street from that house was a family mourning because their house was lost to a fire that very morning 🤕 So we as the church went right over to help as much as we could.

We still need your help getting to the finish line! We need the final $1,700 of our $5,000 goal to start repairs on our own roof and help our kids get back on the mats 🥋

61% FUNDED 🤩 And the Mission Doesn't Wait for Dry Mats! 🔨🙌

While we waited for the sun to finish drying out our gym mats and floor, our team couldn't just sit still. Today, we headed out into the community with Iglesia Rey de Reyes to help a local family whose roof was ripped off by the storm.

Seeing the relief and gratitude on their faces as we secured their home reminded us why we are here. HEAL Outreach is about more than buildings, it’s about standing in the gap for our neighbors when they need it most. We could not do this work without the incredible generosity of our donors who keep our hands moving and our outreach supplied.

Meanwhile, thanks to another $550 in generous gifts, Thank you My360Project , Jerry Beers , Kristi Beers , and Rodrigo Grenno Our youth facility rebuild is now over 60% funded ($3,050 of $5,000)! We have just $1,950 left to raise to pour the reinforced concrete tie beams and anchor the heavy-duty steel roof over our youth center.

50% FUNDED! Halfway to our goal, and we can’t thank God and our community enough 🙌

As you can see, the mats are hauled out drying in the sun and the concrete floor is finally airing out.

Huge shout out and gratitude to My360Project and LifePoint Church for their amazing support to get us to the halfway mark!

We need to raise the remaining 50% ($2,500) so we can pour the reinforced concrete cadena, anchor the new steel roof, and get these mats back inside for our kids 🥋

Yesterday started with chasing roof panels across the neighborhood and flipping soaking wet mats 🤕 but God turned the whole day around. Thank you Alain Mercado for your assistance and support! 🙏

We hit the streets with IGLESIA REY DE REYES delivering meals and emergency supplies to local families 🫂 The greatest part of the entire day: several people decided to follow Jesus! ❤️

By the end of church cleanup, the team had to stop and put on our serious thinking faces (last slide) to ask: how do we get our wider community involved in this rebuild? 🤔

Getting the roof back on our community center isn’t optional, it’s where our youth train, eat, and find a safe haven every single week. We're building it back stronger than before so no storm can take it down again.

Today started with all hands on deck, working to dry out and salvage our mats from the rainwater after Tropical Storm Rachel took our roof.

In the middle of the mess, God showed up through the community. We received incredible, generous donations from MY: 360PROJECT and Trish Schipke to get the bTrish Schipkend thanks to them, we are already 25% of the way to our goal! 🙌

Right after securing what we could at the gym, our team jumped in alongside IGLESIA REY DE REYES to heIGLESIA REY DE REYES repairs and distribute emergency supplies to families across our community 🫂

Serving our neighbors will always be who we are, but getting a roof back over this space is critical. To build it back properly, we’re pouring a reinforced concrete tie-beam across the walls so the new steel structure is anchored for good.

This building isn't just four walls, it’s a sanctuary where our kids come to train, eat together, grow, and stay safe. 🥋🍽️

Today we went out with our church IGLESIA REY DE REYES to help our community and there is more people than we can help, the need is much greater than we expected 🤕 These photos are from just a few places that we stopped to help. One was a mother of 5 children who lost their roof and clothes! Our ask to you is if you can help even with a little, we want to put it forward to help start rebuilding this community 🙏

Tropical Storm Rachel took the roof right off our gym.

If I’m being completely honest, I’ve been at a loss for words looking at this. Every square foot of this space has taken so much sweat, prayer, and uphill fundraising to build piece by piece. Seeing the elements pour down directly onto the mats hurts deep.

We know God provides, and our commitment to these kids and this community hasn’t wavered. But right now, we need to move fast.

Our immediate goal is to raise $5,000 to purchase heavy-duty steel purlins, high-gauge corrugated roofing, new lights & electrical, and anchor plates to rebuild a reinforced, storm-resistant roof that won't lift in the next storm. Getting this secured protects the mats and gets our youth back on the training floor immediately.
