Today, October 28, we celebrate the Feast of Saints Simon and Jude, two of Jesus' twelve apostles who dedicated their lives to spreading His message of love and hope. Saint Simon reminds us to remain strong in our faith, while St. Jude, the patron saint of hopeless causes, reminds us that even in our most difficult moments, hope is never lost when we trust in God. May their example inspire us to live with courage, share God's love, and never give up hope! Saints Simon and Jude, pray for us!

Take time to pause, reflect, and experience God's love and forgiveness through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Whether it's been a few weeks or a few years, God's mercy is always waiting for you. Reconciliation is offered every Saturday at 4:30 PM at St. Agnes Church. Come as you are. Leave renewed in faith and peace.

Today, October 22, we celebrate the Feast Day of St. John Paul II, a beloved pope whose message of faith, hope, courage, and love continues to inspire the world.
Throughout his life, St. John Paul II encouraged us to open our hearts to Christ, embrace one another with compassion, and never be afraid to live our faith.
His message still speaks to us today: Be not afraid. Trust in God. Live with hope.
On this special feast day, may we follow his example by spreading kindness, choosing peace, and sharing God's love with others. St. John Paul II, pray for us!

Does your child love to sing? We'd love to hear their voice! The St. Agnes Children's Choir welcomes children ages 7 and older to share their musical talents and help fill our church with beautiful music! Our young singers bless our parish with their wonderful voices at special liturgies throughout the year. It's a great way to make new friends, grow in faith, and share the joy of music! Interested? There will be a special Columbus Day Mass celebrated at 10am on Monday, October 12th. There will NOT be a 8am Mass today. Our Parish office will also be closed for the day.

Ready to get involved and be part of the Mass in a whole new way? Students in Grade 3 through high school who have received their First Holy Communion are invited to become Altar Servers at St. Agnes! Join us for a training session on Saturday, October 17th, following the 5:30 pm Mass in the Church. Come give it a try! We’d love to welcome some new faces to our altar server team!

Does your child love to sing? We’d love to have them join our Children’s Choir! Students in Grades 2–8 are invited to be part of this special ministry, singing together at special liturgies throughout the year. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, share their talents, and be an important part of our parish celebrations! No experience needed, just a love of music and a willingness to sing! Today, on World Teacher Day, we give a special shoutout to the incredible catechists of our CFD program. Each of them generously share their time, talents, faith, and hearts with our children. We are so grateful for the difference they make and for the important role they play in helping our young people learn, grow, and deepen their faith.
