🇺🇸 Join Zion at the Clark Memorial Day Parade!

This year is Zion’s FIRST time walking in the Township of Clark’s Memorial Day Parade, and we are so excited to be part of this meaningful community tradition!

As we honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country, we’ll also be highlighting all the wonderful things happening at Zion — including our upcoming Vacation Bible School! ☀️📖🎉

We’d love for our church and preschool families to walk with us and show their support. Come be part of this special day!

Sign up in the Narthex or contact the main office to participate ❤️🤍💙

🎭 Zion Takes on Broadway 🎭

31 members of Zion headed into NYC to see Maybe Happy Ending on Broadway to support our organist’s daughter, Claire Kwon, in her starring role. Claire was absolutely wonderful, and it was such a joy to watch her shine on stage. We are so proud of her and so grateful for the love and encouragement from our church family.

After the show, the group continued the fun with dinner at Tony Di Napoli’s where there was plenty of laughter, good food, and celebration. 🍝🍷

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the day so memorable!

On our final day of Teacher Appreciation Week, our students created a beautiful rainbow-themed craft to celebrate and honor our amazing teachers—and all that Zion Lutheran Preschool has to offer! 🌈

A heartfelt thank you to our students, families, and the Zion Preschool Board for helping make this week such a memorable celebration for our dedicated preschool staff.

May we always remember: teachers are truly a blessing! 💛

Today, as we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week and today's theme of Gratitude 💛, we were blessed to have Pastor Dass lead Chapel Time with our students . He shared a beautiful message about Jesus, the Good Shepherd—one who leads, teaches, and cares with patience and love 🐑.

Like a shepherd tending to their flock, teachers guide, protect, and inspire their students. They meet them where they are, walk alongside them, and help shape who they are becoming.

Our Zion Preschool Board also showed their heartfelt appreciation today by hosting a luncheon in honor of our teachers. These teachers pour their hearts into others each day, and their compassion, wisdom, and dedication make an impact that reaches far beyond the classroom. We are so grateful for all that they do here at Zion! 💛

Tomorrow, we look ahead to our theme of growth 🌱, reflecting on the verse, “Grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior.” (2 Peter 3:18). Students are encouraged to wear GREEN 💚 to represent new leaves and celebrate how teachers help them grow each day 🌿.

Thank you so much to all the amazing students who helped make the decorations to create something special for Teacher Appreciation Week!

Your beautiful messages about how much you love your teachers, how thankful you are for them, and how much they help you grow truly made a difference.

Because of your creativity and effort, our bulletin board is complete, and each teacher’s door looks absolutely beautiful ❤️😊☀️🍀

🌈 Teachers are a blessing! 🌈

This Teacher Appreciation Week, we celebrate the incredible educators who bring color, hope, and inspiration into our children’s lives every day here at Zion Lutheran Preschool. Each lesson, smile, and word of encouragement makes a lasting impact.

Thank you to all our teachers and staff for being a beautiful rainbow of care, dedication, and love. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💛📚

🔥 Yesterday’s Sunday School lesson was about Gideon’s small army using their horns, torches, and God’s help to defeat the big Midianite army. The children made their own torches to remind them that no matter how small they are or how scared they are that God is always with them and they should not be afraid. 🔥
