🕊️ HOMEGOING ANNOUNCEMENT 🕊️

It is with heavy hearts, yet with the blessed assurance of God’s promise, that we announce the transition from labor to reward of our beloved Mother Alice Walker of Calvary Baptist Church.

Mother Walker was a cherished member of our church family, and her presence, love, wisdom, and faith have touched the lives of so many. While we mourn her earthly departure, we rejoice knowing that she has completed her earthly journey and is now resting in the arms of her Savior.

📖 “Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.”
— Revelation 14:13 (KJV)

Please keep the Walker family and all of Mother Alice Walker’s loved ones in your prayers during this difficult time. Let us surround them with our love, support, and prayers as they celebrate her life and legacy.

What a wonderful day of fellowship, fun, and making memories!

Today, Pastor Terrill Harris and the Calvary Baptist Church Youth Department treated our youth to an exciting outing at Frankie’s Fun Park in Columbia, SC! From thrilling rides and arcade games to laughter and great fellowship, our young people enjoyed a day filled with joy and unforgettable experiences.

We are grateful for leaders who invest their time, love, and energy into our youth, creating opportunities for them to grow together both spiritually and socially. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day a success!

The future is bright because we’re pouring into the next generation.
