This week's challenge is beautifully simple: LOOK. Really look into the eyes of the person in front of you—especially those you might overlook. See Christ in the stranger, the grieving, the angry, the lonely, and even those you disagree with. We cannot truly love our neighbor or our enemy without first recognizing Christ within them. But here's the truth: you can only see Jesus in others when you first know He's looking at you with mercy, delight, and deep love. You were saved for a purpose.

Blood products collected at our drive last month have been delivered to patients in need of vital care. Distribution included, but was not limited to, the following local hospitals:

SENTARA VIRGINIA BEACH GENERAL
HCA-CHIPPENHAM HOSPITAL
CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF THE KING'S DAUGHTERS

Our next drive is tomorrow, August 13 from 2:00-7:00 pm. Register online to donate at redcrossblood.org and enter code STEC.
