Better together. šŸ¤

Last weekend, Pastor John wrapped up our Daniel series, and throughout the weekend we were reminded what makes church feel like home: being known, being loved, and walking through life together.

We laughed, connected, welcomed one another, and had the privilege of praying over Pastor John as he prepared for surgery.

Point Harbor is more than a place to attend — it’s a place to belong.

Join us for communion during all services this weekend!

Point Group registration opens, you can sign up on the lobby! If you’re ready to build deeper relationships and find your people, this is your next step.

We’re better together. 🫶

This Week’s Bible Reading: Acts 19–23 + Ezekiel 33

Have you been following along with our Bible Reading Plan? Whether you’ve been reading every week, haven’t started yet, or got out of the habit somewhere along the way—this is a great week to jump in.

You don’t have to go back and catch up. Just open your Bible and start with this week’s reading. God’s Word is always worth coming back to.

This week, we’re reading Acts 19–23 and Ezekiel 33.

Let us know what God is showing you as you read!

Is your name written in the Book of Life? This is the question that matters more than anything else. Not just showing up to church, but truly being part of God's family.

We may not know exactly when the end will come—but we do know how we’re called to live until it does.

This morning, we wrapped up our series through Daniel with ā€œEnd-of-Days Lessons for My Nowadays Lifeā€ from Daniel 12.

What a morning!

Our lobby was full of conversation, laughter, hugs, great food, and even better company at today’s Ladies Brunch.

We’re so grateful for Lisa Timm and the way she so candidly and vulnerably shared her story with us. Through the hard seasons, the unexpected turns, and everything God has taught her along the way, she reminded us of a truth we can carry into every season:

Life is not always good, but God is always good.

Thank you to every woman who joined us today. We loved seeing so many of you connecting, encouraging one another, and simply enjoying being together!

We ended the morning by announcing all the details for our Women’s Conference on October 3 — and registration is officially OPEN!

We can’t wait to gather together again!

Last weekend at Point Harbor was a beautiful picture of what it means to be church family. šŸ¤

We had the privilege of celebrating Child Dedication, as parents committed to raising their children to know and follow Jesus. As a church, we also committed to come alongside these families—to pray for them, encourage them, and help point the next generation toward Christ.

Throughout the weekend, we saw that same spirit of community all around us—women welcoming women, serving together, worshiping together, and making space for meaningful connection. Sometimes community begins with something as simple as a conversation, a hug, or someone making you feel at home.

And ladies, there’s another opportunity to connect this weekend! šŸ’ Join us for our Women’s Brunch this Saturday August 29th, 10-12. For a time of food, fellowship, and building relationships with other women at Point Harbor.

We’re thankful for a church where generations grow together, families are supported, and there’s a place for everyone. šŸ’™
