Scripture: 1 John 3:1-4 KJV

Today's Father's Day message reminded us that one of the greatest revelations we can receive is the revelation of being children of God.

Many people know God as Creator.
Many know God as Savior.
But there is a deeper revelation when you know Him as Father.

"Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God..." — 1 John 3:1 KJV

When you understand that God is your Father, you stop searching for your identity in people, positions, titles, and accomplishments. You begin to walk confidently in who God created you to be.

As children of God, we are loved, chosen, accepted, and called according to His purpose. Our identity is not determined by our past, our mistakes, or the opinions of others. Our identity is found in Him.

The challenge today was not just to celebrate the Father, but to reflect the Father through our lives, our character, and our love for others.

A special thank you to Pastor Ken Parham for delivering such a powerful and timely Father's Day message. Thank you for allowing God to use you to remind us of the privilege and responsibility of being called the children of God.

Happy Father's Day to all the fathers, grandfathers, spiritual fathers, and father figures. May God continue to strengthen, bless, and guide you as you lead your families and communities. 💙👑🙏🏽

“Even In This”
📖 Hebrews 10:23-25

What a powerful reminder from the Word today!

Life will have challenges. There will be seasons that test our faith, stretch our patience, and make us question what God is doing. But Hebrews 10:23 reminds us to hold fast to our confession of hope without wavering because He who promised is faithful.

Even in this... God is faithful.
Even in the waiting.
Even in the uncertainty.
Even in the disappointment.
Even in the process.
Even when you don't understand.

We were reminded that our confidence is not in our circumstances—it is in the God who keeps His promises.

Hebrews 10:24-25 also challenges us to encourage one another, stir each other up in love and good works, and remain connected to the body of Christ. Isolation is not God's plan. We need community. We need accountability. We need one another.

✨ Don't give up.
✨ Don't disconnect.
✨ Don't let go of your hope.
✨ Keep showing up.
✨ Keep trusting God.

No matter what you're facing today, remember this:

Even in this, God is working.
Even in this, God is present.
Even in this, God is faithful.

God has already given us everything we need.

Too often we're asking God for things He's already provided. The truth is, as believers, we have been empowered by the Holy Spirit to live, overcome, endure, grow, and fulfill our assignment.

We don't have to walk through life powerless, defeated, or waiting for permission to become who God called us to be.

The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us. 🙌🏾

This week, stop focusing on what you think you're missing and start using what God has already placed inside of you.

✅ You have His Spirit.
✅ You have His Word.
✅ You have His power.
✅ You have His promises.

Now walk in it.

“The Journey of Becoming”
2 Corinthians 3:18 ✨

Today’s word reminded us that becoming is a process. Becoming is the journey from where you are now to where God has destined you to be.

Becoming like Christ is a progressive transformation. Sanctification is a lifelong process. God is working on us from the inside out — a true metamorphosis taking place spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and even in how we live our everyday lives.

When will we finally trust the process God is trying to take us through? Even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when it stretches us. Even when we don’t fully understand it. God is still intentional about our becoming.

God is continuously transforming us, growing us, stretching us, healing us, and shaping us into who He has called us to be.

We are not who we used to be and we thank God we are not stuck where we started 🙌🏾

Every trial, every lesson, every season has purpose attached to it. The journey may not always feel comfortable, but God is using it to reveal His glory through us.

Thank you to everyone who worshipped with us today. The presence of God met us in such a beautiful and powerful way 🤍
