Conclave is a youth ministry training conference designed to equip + rejuvenate student ministry leaders in their calling to reach the for Christ!

Conclave is an annual ministry training conference designed to equip, encourage, and empower next generation ministry leaders to more effectively reach and disciple teenagers with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This 3-day event features main sessions featuring some of the finest speakers and musicians in the nation as well as 60+ hours of breakout seminars on relevant topics for working with teens. While our main sessions are incredible, the breakout track at Conclave is without question the finest component of the conference. On top of all this, Conclave also boasts an incredible exhibit hall to connect youth leaders with relevant ministry resources for their churches. Conclave happens each January in Chattanooga, TN - an incredible destination that is perfect for a weekend of personal investment in your ministry. And with ticket discounts for your spouse and ministry team - it can easily become the perfect place to retreat from the grind and recharge your ministry batteries! Conclave is sponsored by the Baptist Conventions of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. For more information, visit us online at www.ymconclave.com!

Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS) has been a longtime partner with Conclave. Today we're thrilled to announce the next extension of that partnership: a Doctor of Ministry cohort built for the Conclave community.

Have you ever considered earning a doctorate? Maybe it feels out of reach. We meet leaders all the time who assume a doctorate simply isn't for them — and it's our joy to show them otherwise. The DMin at is more accessible, affordable, and attainable than ever.

If you'd like to start a conversation — or you're ready to begin the application process — please don't hesitate to reach out. Connect by email to set up a phone call, Zoom, or even a campus visit if your schedule allows. Just email:

Dr. Tate Cockrell — Director of DMin Studies & Professor of Counseling — [email protected]
Dr. Jason Engle — Professor & Program Coordinator for Student Ministry Degree Programs — [email protected]
