✨ DREAM TEAM SPOTLIGHT ✨
Today we get to celebrate Travis and the incredible impact he makes as our Worship Director! 🙌🔥
Week after week, Travis leads our Worship Team in using their God-given gifts to help our church encounter the presence of Jesus. But his role goes far beyond leading songs on a Sunday. He invests in the people behind the music, leads a team of talented and passionate believers, and helps create an environment where people can experience the love of God in a real and personal way. đź’›
"Getting to serve at City Light is a tremendous honor. God has set me at a vantage point on Sundays where I get to see His glory and presence descend on His people week over week."
One of the things we love about Travis's heart is that he sees worship as more than music. It's people using the gifts God has given them to point others to Jesus. From the musicians on stage to the people serving behind the scenes, every person plays a part in creating an opportunity for someone to encounter the God who loves them.
That's what being a Beyond Sunday church looks like. It's taking what God has placed inside us and using it to serve others, build community, and make an eternal impact. Travis doesn't just lead a worship team. He's helping develop people who use their gifts to make Jesus known, both on Sunday and throughout the week. đź’›
Travis, thank you for your leadership, your heart for worship, and the way you help our team use their gifts for God's glory. We're grateful for you and Cheredith and the way you both are part of the City Light family!
City Light, help us celebrate Travis in the comments below!! 👏👏🔥
And if you're ready to find your place and discover how God can use your gifts, we'd love for you to join us for The After Party on November 15th right after the 11AM service! Come hear the heart and vision behind City Light, meet the team, and discover how you can be part of what God is doing here. There's a place for you, and we'd love to help you find it! đź’›
